The “Nursing Relief Act of 2009″ is only talking about bringing nurses from foreign countries. What about US nursing graduates who are not permanent residents, no plans for them?
can you furnish the whole proposed act. how is it different from 2008. because if it is similar how can it pass the U.S congress
